Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies, or is included with, the Software (License Agreement). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms.

For any Software not accompanied by a License Agreement, SandyAdventures.com hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using this website in accordance with these terms and conditions and for not other purpose.

Please note that all Software, including, without limitation, all HTML code and Active X controls contained on this website is owned by SandyAdventures.com, its affiliates, and/or their suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The tax recovery charge on transactions is a recovery of all applicable transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, and value added tax, etc.) that SandyAdventures.com pays to vendors (e.g. hotels, etc.) in connection with your travel arrangements.

SandyAdventures.com is not the vendor collecting and remitting said tax to the applicable tax authorities. The vendors bill all applicable taxes to SandyAdventures.com, which remits such tax directly to the vendor.

Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual tax cost paid to the vendor may vary from the tax recovery charge, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel, etc. by the customer.

Service fees are fees that cover the costs incurred by SandyAdventures.com in servicing your travel reservation.

Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. SandyAdventures.com urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the U.S. Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac, www.dot.gov and www.customs.gov.

By offering/selling travel to particular international destinations, SandyAdventures.com does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.

The SandyAdventures.com website is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes. You warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of this website by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using the website are true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuses of the travel services reservation facilities of this website may result in you being denied access to such facilities.

Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservations and purchase of travel related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by an supplier with whom you elect to deal, including but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in SandyAdventures.com debiting your account for any costs SandyAdventures.com incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this website.

Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary. Currency quotes are not updated everyday. Check the date on the Currency Converter for the day the currency was last updated. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate however, SandyAdventures.com its affiliates, and/or their suppliers do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. When using this information for any financial purpose, SandyAdventures.com advises the customer to consult a qualified professional to verify the accuracy of the currency rates. SandyAdventures.com its affiliates and/or their suppliers do not authorize the use of this information for any purpose other than personal use and prohibit to the maximum extent allowable the resale, redistribution, and use of this information for commercial purposes.

You the customer agree to be financially responsible for all of the travel products booked through your account with SandyAdventures.com. In addition, you warrant that all information supplied by you or anyone using your account to SandyAdventures.com in connection with the booking of travel products is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative false, or fraudulent reservation, or any reservation made in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree to make legitimate travel services bookings for you or another person whom you are legally authorized to act.

You also warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.

Modification of Terms

Sandy Adventures reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time at our discretion. You may check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the SandyAdventures.com website subsequent to the revisions of these terms means you accept those changes.

Privacy Policy

Palace Resorts will not disclose any personal information to any outside party without your knowledge or consent. Details of your travel arrangements will not be revealed to any outside party except as necessary to process their reservations and travel arrangements.

Liability Disclaimer

You agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk. The materials in this website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Sandy Adventures disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Sandy Adventures does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Sandy Adventures does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this website in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not Sandy Adventures) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to Sandy Adventures that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

Limatation of Liabilty
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Sandy Adventures be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this website, even if Sandy Adventures or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall Sandy Adventures total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this website.

Pricing

SandyAdventures.com makes every effort to insure that the prices reflected on this website are accurate. However prices are subject to change without notice. All applicable taxes for travel products reserved or booked through SandyAdventures.com are included in the price of the vacation unless otherwise noted. If applicable, a "ticketing service fee" will be assessed to cover costs incurred by SandyAdventures.com in servicing your air travel or any other travel arrangements made by SandyAdventures.com.

Payment in full is required in order to confirm your reservation. SandyAdventures.com will make every effort to confirm availability for your reservations within 24-48 hours. It is your responsibility to pay for your reservations once availability has been confirmed. Meanwhile, should the availability of a facility change SandyAdventures.com will not be responsible for changes in pricing or of the availability of a facility. You will not be asked for your credit card information until we are ready to confirm your request. No charges will be made to your credit card until you complete the transaction information and transmit the transaction.

SandyAdventures.com accepts last minute reservations provided space is available and full payment has been received. However, we suggest that reservations be made 3 to 6 months out for non-holiday vacations and 6 to 9 months out if you wish to travel over the holiday season this may be necessary in order to accommodate your requests. There are no last minute booking fees unless SandyAdventures.com incurs such charges. Non refundable Express Mail charges may apply when applicable.

If your plans change, your rights to a refund may be limited. If you must cancel your reservation, make any changes or reduce the number in your party, you will be assessed the following penalties plus any applicable airline or supplier charges. Most airlines consider a name change to be a cancellation; to avoid penalties, full and complete names are required at time of booking. SandyAdventures.com will not be responsible for any incurred charges and will only assist you with reservations made through our website. Please note that any unused portions of your travel are non-refundable.

Since cancellation policies differ for different facilities please take note of the following policies for each hotel. Also note that cancellation over any holiday may be subject to a different cancellation policy than listed below.

Cancellation rates are based upon the date canceled from the scheduled arrival date.

Upon notification of a change, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible but please note that refunds may take as long as 30 days to process.

SandyAdventures.com and its affiliates have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, fore majeure or other causes beyond their direct control. In all cases SandyAdventures.com and its affiliates have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

Various hotels, etc. have special cancellation, change, minimum nights and refund policies for stays during holiday periods. These holiday policies are in addition to those stated under any other cancellation, change, minimum nights and refund policy stated. If any deposits are made during/over holidays they will be non-refundable. Dates for which this applies may vary by destination.
